SAFETY TIPS
-
Life jackets must be worn at all times.
-
Lanyard (kill switch) must stay clipped to your life jacket, not your wrist.
-
No reverse - skis only move forward so be mindful of this when approaching the beach.
-
If you feel like the ski is going to tip, simply let go and fall into the water. It's a better option than pulling the ski over and on top of you.
-
If you fall off, climb on from the back using the pulldown knee rest.
-
If the ski flips upside down, flip it back immediately. (We’ll show you how)
SKI DAMAGE - EXPENSIVE REPAIRS
Avoid flipping the ski! Here's how:
-
NEVER turn sharply at high speed.
-
Don’t lean on turns (especially with 2 riders on the same side at the same time)
-
Water in the engine will mean a costly repair bill for you so please do your best to keep the ski upright.
-
When returning to shore, turn the ski off 10–15 feet from the beach (red button or kill switch.)
-
NEVER drive the ski up onto the beach and avoid sucking sand into the ski by turning the ski off when getting near to the shoreline.
