One of the most popular water sports today is Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP.) Here, on 7 Mile Beach, the waters are perfect for all levels of paddleboarding, including beginners. A member of staff will fit you with the right board, provide you with instructions and send you out onto the calm, crystal-clear waters of 7 Mile. An exhilarating, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
